No person, firm or corporation shall deposit, throw, place or strew nor shall any person, firm or corporation cause to be deposited, thrown, placed or strewn any snow, ice, ashes, papers, stones, sticks, trees or other rubbish upon any street, avenue, highway or roadway within the town.
A. 
No person, firm or corporation shall pile, gather up, plow up or in any way force any snow or ice upon or across any public or private street, avenue, highway or roadway within the town.
B. 
No person, firm or corporation shall pile, gather up, plow up or in any way force any snow or ice on a fire hydrant or in any way cover the same or block or obscure it from view.
C. 
Any person, firm or corporation piling, gathering or plowing up snow or ice on or across any street, avenue, highway, roadway or on or near a fire hydrant in violation of Subsection A or B shall forthwith remove the same at his or its expense upon the request of the town.
The Zoning Administrative Officer and the Highway Superintendent shall each have the responsibility and authority to administer and enforce the provisions of this Article.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates this Article or knowingly permits the violation of the same or any of the provisions hereof shall be deemed to have violated this Article. Any violation of this Article is hereby declared to be a violation, punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
