Effective immediately, the Borough of Schwenksville hereby appoints
the locally-elected Tax Collector as the municipal officer authorized to provide
tax certifications upon request by the public and hereby authorizes said Tax
Collector to assess, collect and retain, as compensation for providing such
additional service, such fees as the Borough shall approve by resolution duly
adopted at a public meeting by a majority of the Borough Council.
