It is unlawful for any person to use, ride, propel, or otherwise operate a skateboard, roller skates, in-line skates, scooters and the like on the public streets, alleys and sidewalks within the Borough of Schwenksville.

Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be punishable for each offense by a maximum fine of $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
Except as specifically provided in this chapter, all other traffic and vehicular regulations which pertain to streets, alleys and sidewalks within the Borough of Schwenksville are generally ratified and reaffirmed by the Borough Council in full as though set forth at length.
