The municipality shall, by resolution, establish
all fees to defray plan review and construction inspection costs incurred
by the municipality. All fees shall be paid by the applicant at the
time of drainage plan submission. For drainage plans that are part
of a subdivision or land development plan, reviewed inspection fees
shall be reimbursed as part of the subdivision or land development
process as established in the SALDO. The municipality shall periodically update the review
and inspection fee schedule to ensure that review costs are adequately
reimbursed.
The fees required by this chapter shall at a
minimum cover:
B. The review of the drainage plan by the municipality
and the Municipal Engineer.
D. The inspection of stormwater management facilities
and drainage improvements during construction.
E. The final inspection upon completion of the stormwater
management facilities and drainage improvements presented in the drainage
plan.
F. Any additional work required to enforce any permit
provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure
proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
G. Legal costs incurred by the municipality.
