The storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited within the Township of Franklin, Somerset County, New Jersey, except as otherwise may be allowed by permit or regulation.
Bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is prohibited within the Township of Franklin, Somerset County, New Jersey. "Bulk storage" shall be defined as a vessel or combination of vessels with water capacity in excess of 2,000 gallons.

It shall be unlawful within the Township for any person to kindle, maintain or assist in maintaining any bonfire or other exposed fire without first obtaining a permit for said fire from the Township Department of Fire Prevention.
