A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk of the Township of Robbinsville, Mercer County, New Jersey, being marked and designated as the "International Property Maintenance Code 2006," as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the Township, for the control of buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations of the International Property Maintenance Code 2006, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part thereof, as if fully set out in this article.
A. 
Section PM-101.1 of the International Property Maintenance Code 2006, is hereby amended to read as follows:
PM-101.1 Title: These regulations shall be known as the "Property Maintenance Code of the Township of Robbinsville, Mercer County," hereinafter referred to as the "Property Maintenance Code" or "this code."
B. 
Section PM-106.4 of the International Property Maintenance Code 2006, is hereby amended to read as follows:
PM-106.4 Penalty: Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this code shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Code of the Township of Robbinsville. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served, in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
Nothing in this article or in the International Property Maintenance Code 2006 hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding pending in any court, or any rights acquired or liability incurred, or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing, under any act or ordinance hereby repealed as cited in § 187-2; nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this article.
