Town of Standish, ME Article I General Provisions

§ 3-1 Adoption and administration.

This Administrative Code of the Town of Standish has been prepared by the Town Manager and submitted to and adopted by the Standish Town Council, pursuant to Sec. 302E of the Town Charter. The Town Manager shall be responsible for the administration of this Code.

§ 3-2 Purpose.

The purpose of this Code is to identify and clarify the duties and responsibilities of the administrative service of the Town, comprised of the Town Manager and the various department heads of the Town government.
