A.Â
The sale of alcoholic beverages at retail in the Township
of Saddle Brook, Bergen County, New Jersey, on weekdays shall be made
only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.
B.Â
The sale of alcoholic beverages at retail in the Township
of Saddle Brook, Bergen County, New Jersey, on Sundays shall be made
only between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 3:00 a.m. and from 12:00
noon to 12:00 midnight.

During the hours when sales of alcoholic beverages
are prohibited, the entire licensed premises shall be closed, except
that in the case of restaurants, hotels, motels and other establishments
whose principal business is other than the sale of alcoholic beverages,
this closing requirement shall not apply.

The hours above referred to shall be prevailing
time.
Any person who shall violate this article shall
be subject, upon conviction, to a fine of not more than $200 or imprisonment
for not more than 90 days, or both, in the discretion of the court.
