The locations described in Schedule XII attached
to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as loading
zones.
The locations described in Schedule XIII attached
to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as taxi stands.
A.
The Mayor of the Township of Saddle Brook is hereby
authorized to provide by regulation for the designating of bus stops
on portions of streets as is found to be necessary for the preservation
of the public safety, health and welfare.
B.
Any regulation promulgated by the Mayor under and in accordance with Subsection A above shall provide for the posting of proper signs designating such bus stops.
C.
Any regulation adopted under this section shall not
become effective unless and until it has been submitted to and approved
by the Commissioner of Transportation of the Department of Transportation.
