A.
All proposed new uses and any change of use from the current use or previously approved use, with the exception of a permitted one-family or two-family residential use, shall satisfy the requirements of §§ 206-37, 206-38 and 206-39. All permitted one-family and two-family residential uses shall satisfy the requirements of § 206-37.
B.
Any alteration of the interior use, layout or configuration of any building, office space or warehouse so as to increase the potential or actual occupancy or interior use from a current use or previously approved use, with the exception of a permitted one-family or two-family residential use, shall be subject to site plan approval and shall satisfy the requirements of §§ 206-37, 206-38 and 206-39.
C.
Any building or site containing more than one use
shall meet the combined parking space requirements for all uses.
D.
All off-street required parking shall be provided
on the same lot(s) with said use.
E.
Except for access drives, no off-street parking or
loading space shall be located in any required front yard or required
side yard adjoining a street.
F.
Off-street parking areas shall not be used for commercial
repair work or services of any kind, nor shall such parking areas
be used for the parking of disabled, dismantled, inoperable or unregistered
vehicles.
G.
All parking spaces shall be a minimum of 180 square
feet, with a minimum width of nine feet or a minimum length of 18
feet.
