The Township Council may, by resolution, create
and establish special advisory committees for the purpose of investigating
such problems affecting the Township as are referred to it by the
Administrator or Council.
The Council shall state, in the resolution creating
such a committee, the purpose of the committee, the number of members
and the term of the membership. The Council may also provide for a
review of the committee and may provide for the termination of the
committee, either at a fixed time or when the task of the committee
has been accomplished.
