There shall be up to two positions created by
the Town Board of the Town of Irondequoit that shall be known as "Deputy
Court Clerk." Said Deputy Court Clerks shall serve under the supervision
and direction of the Town Justices in conjunction with the Chief Court
Clerk and shall possess all the powers and duties as assigned to them
by the Town Justices. The appointed Deputy Court Clerks shall be considered
as full-time exempt employees and shall be paid at a rate to be established
by the Irondequoit Town Board. The appointed Deputy Court Clerks shall
serve at the pleasure of the Town Board.
