[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of LaGrange 4-29-1981 by L.L. No. 3-1981 as Ch. 23 of the 1975 Code (originally adopted 12-11-1972 by L.L. No. 1-1973, passing at referendum 3-27-1973). Amendments noted where applicable.]

The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the term of office of the Superintendent of Highways of the Town of LaGrange.
[Amended 8-24-2005 by L.L. No. 10-2005[1]]
The term of office of the Superintendent of Highways of the Town of LaGrange shall be four years commencing with and continuing after the term to begin on January 1, 2006, and, thus, this section shall cover the outcome of the biennial election of November 8, 2005.
