The purpose of this chapter is to regulate the term of office of the
Superintendent of Highways of the Town of LaGrange.

The term of office of the Superintendent of Highways of the Town of
LaGrange shall be four years commencing with and continuing after the term
to begin on January 1, 2006, and, thus, this section shall cover the outcome
of the biennial election of November 8, 2005.
