Editor's Note: This local law was approved by a majority of the qualified electors voting thereon at the general election held on 11-8-2005. Said local law was also originally adopted as Ch. 13, but was renumbered as Ch. 62 to maintain the alphabetical sequence of the Code.
The term of office of the Town Clerk of the Town of LaGrange shall be four years commencing with and continuing after the term to begin on January 1, 2008, and, thus, this article shall cover the outcome of the biennial election of November 6, 2007.
