The regular meeting of the Board shall be held on the second Thursday of the month at 8:00 p.m. in the Town Hall.
Such special meeting as may be needed to conduct the business of the Board may be called by the Chairman, and such a special meeting shall be called by the Chairman upon written request from any three members of the Board.
Whenever there is no business to be transacted at the regular meeting of the Board, the Chairman may dispense with such meeting.
