[Adopted 7-21-1992 by Ch. 21, Art.
III, of the 1992 Code]
Whenever an agricultural assessment is established
for real property in accordance with the Agriculture and Markets Law
of the State of New York, such assessment shall be used for a benefit
assessment or a special ad valorem levy of a fire or ambulance district
in the Town of Pittsford, New York.
This article is adopted under the authority
of Agriculture and Markets Law § 305, Subdivision 6, and
Local Law No. 1-1992 of the County of Monroe.
This article shall take effect upon filing with
the Secretary of State of New York and with the Clerk of the Monroe
County Legislature and shall apply to assessment rolls prepared pursuant
to a taxable status date of March 1, 1992.
