Parking of any vehicle on public highways, including
state highways, within the Town, outside the Village of Pittsford,
from November 15 to April 1 is prohibited.

The Town Board may, by resolution, establish
temporary "no parking" prohibitions for specific streets, or parts
thereof, for events or other occurrences where the Town Board finds
such restrictions to be reasonable and necessary to protect public
safety.
