Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at intersections on Village streets described in Schedule I (§ 290-52) herein.

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 25 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 290-53) herein shall be as indicated in said schedule. Such speed limits shall not apply to streets and highways for which speed limits are established by the state or county.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 290-54) herein, in the areas described in said Schedule III, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 290-55) are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 290-56) herein.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 290-57) herein.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 290-58) herein.
All vehicles entering the streets and parts of streets designated in Schedule VIII (§ 290-59), herein as through highways shall come to a full stop before entering such streets and parts of streets. Stop signs controlling traffic entering streets and parts of streets designated as through highways shall be placed to regulate those streets intersecting with said through highways.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 290-60) herein are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule X (§ 290-61) herein are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Trucks with rated carrying capacities in excess of one ton are only permitted on streets or parts of streets in the Village of Scarsdale which are specified in Schedule XI (§ 290-62) herein. Trucks delivering merchandise, other property or service along or in the vicinity of such streets are also permitted.
