A. 
Regular meetings of the Board shall be held twice per month on Mondays in each calendar month, at a time and place designated by the Chair. Meetings may be canceled or postponed by the Chair. The Chair, designated by the Board of Trustees, shall preside at all meetings and hearings and supervise and direct all of the official business of the Board.

B. 
The first regular meeting of the Board following the annual meeting of the Village Board of Trustees shall be the annual meeting, at which the Board will organize for the conduct of business for the ensuing year.
C. 
Special meetings of the Board may be called by the Chairman and shall be called by the Chairman or Secretary upon written request of four members of the Board. The time and place of each special meeting shall be fixed by the officer calling the meeting.
The Building Inspector shall advise each applicant of the dates of the regular meetings of the Board, and, if there is to be a special meeting at which applicants may be heard, the Chairman or Secretary shall advise the Building Inspector of the time and place of such meeting. Notice of any meeting of the Board may be given to other persons, as deemed desirable by and at the direction of a majority of the Board.
A. 
All regular meetings of the Board shall be open to the public, but a majority of the members at any time may decide to continue a meeting in executive session.
B. 
Any person present may be heard in support of or opposition to any matter before the Board.
C. 
Any agency of the Village or of an adjoining municipality may be represented at any meeting when an application in which such agency is interested is on the calendar of the meeting and may furnish to the Board information and comment relevant to such application.
D. 
Applicants may appear in their own behalf or be represented by an architect, attorney or other agent.
