[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the Township of
Cheltenham 9-16-1980 as Ord. No. 1489.
Amendments noted where applicable.]
Cheltenham Township shall endorse the Articles of Agreement as drafted
by a Committee of the Consortium Communities.
The President of the Board of Commissioners and the Township Manager
shall be authorized to execute said Articles of Agreement on behalf of the
Township of Cheltenham.
Cheltenham Township shall be an active participant in the Consortium
shall pay annual dues and shall be otherwise represented by its Township Manager
or his designated representative at all meetings of the Consortium.
