GENERAL REFERENCES
Cable television franchise — See Ch. A301.
The township, as the local cable television franchising authority, will
follow the cable television rate regulations promulgated by the Federal Communications
Commission. Regulations consistent with the FCC will be adopted by the Township
Board of Commissioners only after the regulations have been considered by
the Board at a public meeting, providing a reasonable opportunity for the
consideration of the views of interested parties.
