GENERAL REFERENCES
Parks and playgrounds — See Ch. 203.
No person shall fire any rifle, gun, pistol or other firearm, except in necessary defense of life or property, upon or within 300 yards of any street or public alley in the Borough of Downingtown.
No person shall shoot with any air or spring gun, catapult, slingshot or any other article that might endanger life or property within 300 yards of any street or public alley in the Borough of Downingtown.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof before any District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
