The tennis courts in Kerr Park can be used by any resident of the Downingtown Area School District, and guests from other districts may play, provided that a resident of the Downingtown Area School District is a member of the playing group on each court.
When using the tennis courts, all rules and regulations prescribed for the tennis courts shall be observed.
All residents of the Downingtown Area School District shall provide proper identification of residency in said district upon request of the tennis court attendant or other resident players.

Violation of any section of this article shall result in a fine not to exceed $600, plus costs of prosecution before a District Justice and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.
