As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Two hundred fifty gallons of sewage per day.

The sewer connection fee shall be $2,500 per EDU for up to four EDU's. Each additional EDU above 1,000 gallons per day shall be charged at a rate of $2,000 per EDU.

Where a building or property connected to the sanitary sewer system prior to the enactment of this article shall be improved, enlarged, remodeled or made available so as to create additional EDU's as described in § 235-21 above, an additional connection fee of $2,000 for each additional EDU shall be payable to the Borough.
