The Planning Commission of Kidder Township shall consist of seven members.

Where the number of the members of the Planning Commission of Kidder
Township is in excess of seven, the reduction in the number of members shall
be effectuated by allowing the terms to expire and by making no new appointments
to fill the vacancy.
No more than two members of the Kidder Township Planning
Commission shall be appointed in any one year, except in the case of vacancy
caused by resignation or death.
