Registration on forms provided by the Township for an annual inspection shall be made not later than the 30th day of June of each year for each hotel, motel, public boardinghouse, all commercial businesses operating within the Township, and all rental or time sharing units within the Township. The annual inspection required under this section shall be automatically waived for one year in the event that the previous year's inspection of structures and premises subject to licensing under the provisions of this chapter reveal no violations or deficiencies as set out herein. There are hereby established reinspection fees associated with dwelling unit inspection fees as established and authorized by this chapter. The fee schedule for reinspection fees performed shall be established from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.

No judgment shall be imposed until the date of the determination of the violation by the District Justice. If the defendant neither pays nor timely appeals the judgment, the township may enforce the judgment pursuant to the applicable Rules of Civil Procedure.
