Town of Georgetown, MA Article I Penalties; Repealer

§ 1-1 Penalties.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of Chapters 15, Article I; 68, Article I; 89; 101; 113 and 134, Article I, of this Code shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300 for each offense.

§ 1-2 Repeal of previous bylaws.

These bylaws shall go into effect upon their acceptance by the Town and their approval and publication in the manner required by law, and all bylaws heretofore existing are hereby repealed. (MGL c. 40, § 32)

§ 1-3 Amendment and repeal of bylaws.

These bylaws may be amended or repealed at any legal Town meeting. (MGL c. 39, § 10)
