Subdivision regulations — See Ch. 365.
A contractor is entitled to one inspection of completion by the Georgetown Health Agent for his certificate of compliance. At the time of inspection if the Georgetown Health Agent finds deviation from the approved plan submitted necessitating another inspection, each additional inspection by the Georgetown Board of Health Agent will be chargeable as provided from time to time by the Board of Health.
The Georgetown Board of Health Agent shall determine if any deviations have been made from the original plot plan on file with the Board of Health, thus necessitating additional inspections or the filing of a new plot plan for approval of the Board of Health or its agent.
Georgetown licensed installers who participate in or originate deviations to plans submitted to the Board of Health are subjecting their license to install to be revoked for a period of time deemed by the Board of Health in accordance with the degree of variation from the original plan on file with the Board of Health.
These regulations take effect upon their publication in the Georgetown Weekly. A copy will be filed with the Town Clerk 10 days thereafter under MGL C. 40, § 33.
Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine as provided in MGL C. 111, § 31.
