All work done by or under the provisions of this chapter shall comply with all rules and regulations of the State Department of Health and ordinances of the Board of Health of the Borough of Madison[1] and shall be performed under the supervision of the Water Superintendent.

It shall be the duty of all employees of the Department to report any violations of these regulations to the Water Superintendent. The Water Superintendent shall report to the Borough Council all violations of this chapter and all of the rules and regulations of the Department which come to his knowledge or attention and the action taken.
