[Adopted as Ch. 107, Art. IX, of the 1970 Code]
No person shall move a building or part thereof upon a highway
except by written permit of the Commissioner of Public Works and then
only upon the terms and conditions therein stated.
The penalty for offenses against this article shall be $50 for
each offense.
