[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of
Chestnuthill 7-5-2005 by Ord. No. 2005-01.
Amendments noted where applicable.]
The previous ordinances or resolutions relating to the Chestnuthill
Township pension plan with an effective date prior to the adoption date of
the amendment and restatement of the plan are hereby repealed with respect
to benefits accruing on or after the amendment and restatement effective date
and the attached amendment and restatement of the plan is enacted. Cathy A.
Baker is hereby appointed as the chief administrative officer of the plan.
Cathy A. Baker as the agent of the employer is authorized and directed to
execute the attached amendment and restatement of the plan.[1]
