A. 
For every mobile home set up for use and/or occupancy within the City of Galax, there shall hereafter be charged a fee of $40 per inspection by the Building Inspector of the City, and said fee shall be due and payable by the person or persons who have possession of the mobile home, either by ownership or otherwise.[1]

B. 
The above fee shall be paid previous to the use and occupancy of the mobile home by the person in possession of the same, by ownership or otherwise.
C. 
In the event that the fee is not paid at such time as required by the City Building Inspector, there may be a penalty assessed in an amount not to exceed $15, and a like amount of $15 may be assessible for each day that the above-mentioned fee remains unpaid, until paid in full.
