For the purpose of hearing and acting upon petitions for the construction,
repair and maintenance of transmission lines in accordance with MGL C. 166,
§ 22, there is hereby established a three-member committee composed
of members of the Town Council. The members of said committee shall be appointed
annually by the Council President and shall have all the powers granted by
the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the Town Council
under said Chapter 166.
The committee shall report all of its actions to the Town Council.
