[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Agawam 12-21-1972
as § 9-1 of the Code of the Town of Agawam. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
Licenses may be granted by the Town Council to any responsible person
to engage in the business of selling coal or coke or fuel oil as principal
or agent and at wholesale or retail, either by maintaining a place of business
or by peddling the same from house to house within the town.
The fee for such license shall be $1.
