Editor's Note: See 53 P.S. § 66901
et seq.
The Police Department shall be composed of a
Chief of Police, and such officers and patrolmen, to be appointed
by the Supervisors of the Township of Patton. Any such appointment
shall remain in force until the appointee resigns or is removed by

for duty.
The Supervisors do hereby vest in the officers

codes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Chief of Police may from time to time, as

the Police Department to assist in other than routine situations such
as public disturbances, riots, fires or other emergencies.
