The Township of Richland by adoption of this article requests membership
on the Forest Hills Municipal Authority and authorizes the Chairman and Secretary
of the township to present a copy of this article, as adopted, to the Board
of the Forest Hills Municipal Authority, and if said request is acted upon
favorably by said Forest Hills Municipal Authority, to publish a notice required
by § 304 of the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, as amended,[1] and to prepare, execute and file the application to the Secretary
of the Commonwealth.
