[Adopted 6-13-1988 by Ord. No. 184]
The Richland Township Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to adopt, by resolution, the Corrective Action Plan submitted by Highland Sewer and Water Authority to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection as accepted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection by letter dated May 6, 1988. Photocopies of said documents comprising the Corrective Action Plan are attached hereto. Further, the Richland Township Board of Supervisors is authorized to adopt, by resolution, from time to time, any amendments made to and accepted by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to said Corrective Action Plan.
The Richland Township Board of Supervisors hereby ratifies and confirms the action taken by the Board of Supervisors on May 9, 1988, entitled "Resolution No. 17," a photocopy of which is attached hereto.[1]
