A fee, in an amount as established from time
to time by resolution of the Board of Commissioners, shall be paid
to Upper Pottsgrove Township for each police escort service provided
by the Upper Pottsgrove Township Police Department. This fee shall
be charged to and paid by the party requesting such service.
A fee, in an amount as established from time
to time by resolution of the Board of Commissioners, shall be paid
to Upper Pottsgrove Township for each false alarm service provided
by the Upper Pottsgrove Township Police Department. This fee shall
be charged to and paid by the owner of the premises having such alarm.
