The following public servants of the Village of Sag Harbor are
hereby authorized to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect
to violation of a statute, a local law, ordinance, rule or regulation
of the Village of Sag Harbor that such public servants are, respectively,
required or authorized to enforce:
An appearance ticket other than for parking shall be served
personally.
