Pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 40:14A-4(m)(i), the Township of Byram hereby proposed to the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority that those areas of the Township of Byram located within the Musconetcong Drainage Basin be included within the service area of the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority. The Musconetcong Sewerage Authority is hereby requested to adopt a resolution approving incorporation of that area of the Township of Byram within the jurisdiction of the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority and further approving the appointment by the governing body of the Township of Byram of (one to three) representatives to serve upon the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority as hereinafter provided.
Upon approval, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:14A-4(m)(i), the governing body shall appoint up to three representatives to serve upon the Musconetcong Sewerage Authority. (One of the initial appointees shall serve for a term of three years, another for a term of four years and the third member for a term of five years. Thereafter, every representative shall serve for a term of five years commencing on or after January 1 in the year in which the terms of the members first appointed expire and in every five years thereafter).
