In such case, the owner shall secure permission from the Township Council to occupy the trailer during the construction of a dwelling. Such permission to occupy a trailer may be granted by the Township Council for a period not to exceed six months. Permission may be revoked by the Township Council prior to the six-month period where permission was secured in bad faith.
