In accordance with N.J.S.A. 2B:12-1 et seq. N.J.S.A. 2B:24-1 et seq. and a duly authorized interlocal services agreement on file in the office of the Township Clerk, there shall be a municipal public defender for the Township of Cranbury who shall serve the Cranbury Township Municipal Court, as specified in Chapter 11 of this Code.
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 2B:12-1 et seq., N.J.S.A. 2B:25-4 et seq. and a duly authorized interlocal services agreement on file in the office of the Township Clerk, there shall be a Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Cranbury who shall serve the Cranbury Township Municipal Court, as specified in Chapter 11 of this Code.
