§ 50-6 Statements of preamble incorporated by reference. [1]

The statements of the preamble are incorporated herein by this reference.

§ 50-7 Adoption of map.

The aforesaid map, as prepared by the Township of Cranbury Engineer, be and the same is hereby approved as an official finding and record of the location and boundaries of the area or areas on or within 500 feet of public housing facilities, public parks and/or public buildings within the Township of Cranbury, within the definitions of same provided by N.J.S.A. 2C:35-7.1.

§ 50-8 Map to be filed with Clerk.

The original of said map shall be filed with the Clerk of the Township of Cranbury and maintained as an official record of the Township.
