This chapter shall apply to all construction involving bulkheads, other shoreline stabilization and beach development within the Borough of Lavallette.
No bulkheading, other shoreline stabilization or beach development shall be performed unless and until all required permits have been granted and issued by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and all other outside agencies as may be applicable. Copies of all required permits and copies of the approved bulkhead, shoreline stabilization or beach development plans clearly and explicitly detailing the construction of the bulkhead or stabilization, or beach development, types of materials to be used, dimensions, height, location with respect to property lines and mean high-water line shall be provided to the Zoning Officer of the Borough of Lavallette for public review and record purposes.
All materials used for any construction project as referenced in this chapter shall comply with the rules, regulations and requirements of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
