All duties and qualifications for the positions created pursuant to this article shall be as prescribed within the job specifications as promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Personnel and as otherwise prescribed by Mayor and Borough Council.
Compensation for all positions established in the Borough Code for the Borough of Lavallette shall be as set forth in the Salary Ordinance[1] of the Borough of Lavallette, as amended from time to time, unless otherwise provided for in the Code or by contract.
