In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 54:4-9.2, no tangible
household property nor personal effects located within the Borough of Lavallette
shall be assessed and taxed.
A certified copy of this chapter shall be filed with the Division of
Taxation in the Department of the Treasury and with the Ocean County Board
of Taxation as required by N.J.S.A 54:4-9.2.
