Township of Middle, NJ Chapter 141 Fire Lanes

§ 141-1 Fire lanes established.

Fire lanes are hereby created as designated below:

§ 141-2 Parking prohibited.

Parking by motor vehicles or other vehicles will not be permitted in the fire lanes.

§ 141-3 Violations and penalties.

Parking in fire lanes will be penalized by fines as established by local traffic control laws, as follows:[1] Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this chapter or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.

§ 141-4 Enforcement.

Parking regulations will be enforced by the agency designated in § 141-1.
