A. 
No person or persons shall feed any wildlife (birds, deer, stray cats or dogs, etc.) in any public park or on any other property owned or operated by Middle Township. The only exceptions to this rule are contained animals in zoos, petting zoos or rehabilitation centers and other such properly maintained facilities. Feeding of wildlife on private property is permitted as well as the baiting of wildlife for the purposes of hunting and fishing as long as it is done according to New Jersey Fish and Game regulations.
B. 
Violation of this chapter will result in a fine of $50.
