No person shall set up or operate any miniature golf course, miniature driving and putting course, practice court or other device for profit or where a fee is charged within the Village without first taking out a license therefor before opening to the public or operating any such miniature golf course, driving and putting course, practice court or any other such amusement device.
A. 
All licenses granted under the provisions of this article shall be issued by the Village Clerk on application, in writing, signed by the person applying for such license, describing the location where such course, court or other device is to be operated, accompanied by the license fee hereinafter specified.
B. 
All licenses shall expire on the 31st day of December next ensuing the date of issuing the same.
The Council shall have power to revoke or suspend any license issued under this article in its discretion in case gambling or disorderly conduct is permitted or any of the provisions of this article violated, or in case the Council shall determine the operation of any such course, court or device shall constitute a nuisance.

The license fee for the keeping of a miniature golf course or miniature driving and putting course, practice court or other such device for profit or where a fee is charged shall be as set forth in Chapter 145, Fees.
All places licensed under the provisions of this article shall close every night at 12:00 midnight.

All licenses granted under the provisions of this article shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 190, Land Use and Development, affecting such use of the premises for which licensed is applied.
