A. 
The Graydon Park area shall include the municipal swimming pool and all its appurtenances, the grounds surrounding the same, including the recreational facilities, and the areas adjacent thereto set aside for the parking of vehicles and bicycles, all as more particularly described herein as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly sideline of Linwood Avenue, said point being 81.50 feet westerly from the westerly sideline of Northern Parkway, said point also being the southeast corner of Lot 3 in Block 3209 as shown on the 1978 Tax Map of the Village of Ridgewood, and running thence;
(1) 
Westerly along the northerly line of Linwood Avenue, a distance of 280 feet more or less to an angle point; thence
(2) 
Westerly still along the northerly line of Linwood Avenue, a distance of 498.87 feet to a point of a curve; thence
(3) 
Along a curve to the right having a radius of 58.90 feet, an arc distance of 82.77 feet to a point on the easterly line of North Maple Avenue (51.25 feet wide); thence
(4) 
North 7 degrees 54 minutes East along the easterly line of North Maple Avenue a distance of 425.58 feet to a point; thence
(5) 
North 66 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 10.05 feet to the easterly line of North Maple Avenue (41.25 feet wide); thence
(6) 
North 7 degrees 54 minutes East still along the easterly line of North Maple Avenue a distance of 45 feet to a point; thence
(7) 
North 82 degrees 14 minutes East a distance of 70.00 feet to a point; thence
(8) 
Along a curve to the right having a radius of 162.16 feet, an arc distance of 78.43 feet to a point; thence
(9) 
South 70 degrees 03 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 171.49 feet to a point; thence
(10) 
Along a curve to the right having a radius of 277.50 feet, an arc distance of 49.87 feet to a point; thence
(11) 
South 59 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 165.00 feet to a point; thence
(12) 
Along a curve to the right having a radius of 274.56 feet, an arc distance of 209.25 feet to a point on the northerly line of said Lot 3; thence
(13) 
South 66 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 165.06 feet to a point on the westerly line of lands of the Public Service Electric and Gas Company; thence
(14) 
Southerly along the westerly line of the PSE&G Co. right-of-way a distance of 322 feet more or less to the northerly line of Linwood Avenue and the point and place of beginning.
B. 
The above description is for the purpose of describing the area known as "Graydon Park" in the Village of Ridgewood, and includes the swimming pool and all its appurtenances and the grounds surrounding the pool, including the buildings, structures and parking area located thereon.
Graydon Park, as described in § 212-8, shall be open for summer season between the dates and during the hours established by regulation and approved and promulgated by the Village Manager pursuant to the provisions of § 3-39B and F of the Ridgewood Village Code.

A. 
The use of Graydon Park, owing to its limited size and capacity, shall be and the same hereby is restricted to residents of the Village, nonresidents of the Village whose primary residence is situated in an adjoining municipality with a portion of such residential property situated within the Village, guests of such residents and permitted adjoining nonresidents, as defined herein, and nonresident employees of the Village and/or the school district of the Township of Ridgewood and the immediate families of such nonresident employees. In order to pay a part of the cost of maintaining the same, the Village Council shall from time to time by ordinance fix an admission fee for such users, and the person or persons wishing to use the same shall first obtain from the Village office a season tag (for a resident, permitted adjoining nonresident, nonresident employee and the immediate family of such nonresident employee) or a guest tag for a bona fide guest of a resident or adjoining nonresident, as herein defined.
B. 
Graydon Pool.

(1) 
Residents from other municipalities are permitted to utilize Graydon Pool, subject to all of the terms, covenants and restrictions with reference to the use thereof, which are now in effect or which may hereinafter be placed in effect.
(2) 
The permitted use of the Graydon Pool by residents from other municipalities shall terminate on September 3, 2012.
(3) 
The fee to be charged to each adult (age 16 or over) for the use of the pool is as set forth in Chapter 145, Fees. The fee for children, ages two to 15, is as set forth in Chapter 145, Fees. No charge shall be made for a child under the age of two years.
It shall be unlawful for any persons to use Graydon Park or to enter upon the ground or the buildings thereof during the aforesaid summer season without having first obtained the tag above provided for. Such tag shall be carried and exhibited by the person to whom it is issued at all times while upon the Graydon Pool property.
It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon or use the municipal swimming pool or the grounds or buildings thereof or the park or to park any vehicle therein except as authorized from time to time by virtue of regulations approved and promulgated by the Village Manager in accordance with this chapter.
